I'm a communications specialist with an eclectic background in journalism, marketing, sociology, and visual storytelling.

My work across wellness, media, technology, and creative industries focuses on creating engaging narratives and content that connects with diverse audiences.

I bring my creative, entrepreneurial skill set to every project, whether it's building a brand voice, developing marketing direction, restructuring comms workflows, or just herding cats.

I have a master’s degree in journalism from UC Berkeley, with a concentration in newswriting and short documentary filmmaking, and a master’s in sociology from DePaul University in Chicago.

I live in the Bay Area, frequently traveling between San Francisco and Los Angeles.
