My work across wellness, media, technology, and creative industries focuses on creating engaging narratives and content that connects with diverse audiences.

I bring my creative, detail-oriented skill set to every project — whether it's building a brand voice, developing marketing materials, restructuring comms workflows, or just herding cats.

I have a master’s degree in journalism from UC Berkeley, with a concentration in newswriting and short documentary filmmaking, and a master’s in Sociology from DePaul University in Chicago.

I live in the Bay Area, frequently traveling between San Francisco & Los Angeles.
